Is the clothing machine washable?
Yes - all garments are machine washable. Care instructions can be found on each product’s label for best results.
What sizes are available?
Our apparel follows standard sizing and fits true to size. For guidance, check the “Model Info” section on each product page to see the sizes worn in the photos.
What materials and technologies are used in your products?
Our products are made with high-quality, sustainable materials such as:
- Recycled cotton and organic cotton blends

- Recycled stainless steel
Most apparel items feature AWARE® technology, a blockchain-based system that ensures full traceability and transparency throughout production. We actively measure and minimize CO₂ emissions per product.
Other items are certified to standards such as OEKO-TEX®, GRS, and Fair Wear, ensuring responsible and eco-friendly manufacturing.

Ordering & Fulfilment
How do I place an order?
Just follow these steps:
- Browse the store and choose your product, size, and quantity (unavailable items will be greyed out).
- Add items to your cart.
- Enter your billing and shipping details at checkout.
- Apply any voucher codes or gift cards.
- Confirm your order. You’ll receive a confirmation email.
Orders ship within 2–5 business days, with tracking sent once dispatched.
Can I request delivery by a specific date?
Yes. When reviewing your cart, use the notes box to mention special instructions or deadlines before checkout.
Shipping
Can I get reimbursement for duties on my order?
If you incur high duties on your order, contact us via our contact form with your name and order number. If approved, we’ll issue a store gift card equal to the duties paid.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times: 3-7 business days depending on customs and local delivery conditions.

How do I change my size?
Fill out our contact form with your order number, and we’ll provide the return address. You can reorder right away or wait for us to receive and check your return before refunding. Please note: return shipping costs are not covered.
What if my product has a quality issue?
Contact us with details and your order number. If confirmed to be our fault, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and replace the item free of charge.
Can I change my order after submitting it?
Orders can’t be changed once placed. If it’s urgent, contact us immediately via the contact form.
